Kaufman County rescinds burn ban

KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas (Kaufman County Fire Marshal's Office) — The burn ban for Kaufman County would have expired on November 9, 2015, but the Commissioners' Court rescinded the burn ban this morning at approximately 10 a.m., primarily due to the abundant rainfall the county received over the weekend.
