FORNEY, Texas ā The Forney High School cheerleader squad held their first-ever college signing day on May 30, 2014, with five of their seven outgoing seniors committing to continue cheering in college.
FORNEY, Texas ā The Forney High School cheerleader squad held their first-ever college signing day on May 30, 2014, with five of their seven outgoing seniors committing to continue cheering in college.
āI am very proud to have grown the program into one that is producing young athletes who get to continue doing that they love in college,ā said Forney High School Varsity Cheer Coach Gayla Gonzalez.
The following cheerleaders signed letters of intent: Bailey Payton signed for Oklahoma State University; Rikki Sennikoff for Blinn Junior College; Jordan Newby for Southern Arkansa University; Chelsea Mason for West Texas A&M; and Macy Williams for Tyler Junior College.
