The North Forney Lady Falcons’ volleyball team looked to even the score on Tuesday night, October 16, 2012, against the Forney Lady Jackrabbits. Unfortunately the Lady Jackrabbits had different plans.
The game Tuesday night marked the second time both teams have met each other in district play this season. The FHS Jackrabbits won the first contest 3 to 2 in a 5-game series at home and this game was played at North Forney High School.
The Lady Jackrabbits won the first two games with big point margins. Game 1 was 25-15 and Game 2 was 25-8. Much like their first series against each other, the Falcons fought a tough third game and were determined not to get shut out. The Falcons won Game 3, 25-23.
The Falcons couldn't take it to a game 5 and lost in the fourth game, 25-21.
