FORNEY, Texas — The Mavs ManiAACs are scheduled to perform during halftime of the North Forney High School basketball game tonight against Mesquite’s Poteet High School.
The game, set to begin at 7 p.m., is one of the key victories needed for North Forney to clinch a position in the playoffs. The Falcons (7-3) are currently second behind Rockwall-Heath (10-0) in District 12-5A with South Garland (6-4) and Poteet (6-4) each a game down.
Earlier in the season, North Forney beat Poteet 48-42. North Forney has four games left in district play including tonight’s matchup against Poteet and games against Forney, Terrell, and Royse City.
The game will be played at North Forney High School.
