FORNEY, Texas — The North Forney High School (4-2) Lady Falcons swept West Mesquite (2-4) High School on Tuesday night to move into 3rd place in District 12-5A.
The Falcons swept West Mesquite in three, hard-fought series, 25-19, 25-19, and 25-15.
With the win, North Forney moves into 3rd place in District 12-5A behind 1st place Rockwall-Heath (6-0) and 2nd place Forney (5-1).
The North Forney High School Lady Falcons will next play Royse City High School on October 2, 2015, at home. Results for Royse City’s Tuesday night game were not available at the time of press but, if won, Royse City and North Forney will be battling to break a 3rd place tie in district.
