FORNEY, Texas (Paris Junior College) — Kyle Kaufman, a freshman catcher with the Paris Junior College baseball team, has signed to continue playing in the fall for the University of Alabama. Kaufman graduated from Forney High School in Forney, Texas.
“We are proud for Kyle’s opportunity at Alabama,” said PJC Athletic Director and Baseball Coach Deron Clark. “He has been a great player for the Dragons and we wish him continued success with the Tide.”
“I visited about a week ago and it was awesome,” Kaufman said. “I’m excited and kind of nervous. I’ll miss the guys at PJC; we’re all together here.”
