TERRELL, Texas — Terrell High School’s Dawonya Tucker appeared on the Dallas Morning News’ list of Dallas-area Class 5A Players to Watch list, released on Tuesday.
Tucker, 5 foot, 7 inch, 160 pound senior running back, ran for 1,386 yards last year as Terrell went 8-4 one year after finishing tied for last in district, according to the paper.
The Dallas Morning News predicts the Terrell Tigers will return in the 2015-16 with an 8-4 record in fourth place in District 12-5A.
