FORNEY, Texas β€” The annual Unity Bowl Parade will kick off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2016, as the cross-town rivals prepare for the 5th Annual Unity Bowl.

The Unity Bowl Parade route will begin at Jackrabbit Stadium at Warren Middle School at 811 South Bois d’Arc, into downtown Forney, and east on East Main Street where it will end at Holly Leaf Trail.

The North Forney Falcons (4-4, 1-4) and cross-town rival Forney High School Jackrabbits (3-5, 1-4) are set to face-off for their final District 15-5A matches on Friday, November 4, 2016, at 7:30 p.m. at City Bank Stadium.

Current season stats put the Falcons up offensively with an average of 25.9 points per game and 346.8 yards per game as compared to the Jackrabbits 19.2 and 296.5, respectively.

The Jackrabbits, however, are holding stronger on the defense, allowing an average 28.6 points per game and 311.8 yards per game as compared to the Falcons 31.5 and 361.2, respectively.

The Jackrabbits go into the series undefeated in the past four Unity Bowls.

Season leaders for the Falcons going into the matchup, according to the Dallas Morning News, are quarterback Colby Suits with 1,682 passing yards and 18 touchdowns, Calvin Ribera with 341 rushing yards and a touchdown, and Barclay Ford with 36 receptions, 620 yards, and three touchdowns.

For the Jackrabbits, quarterback Devon Rideaux has passed for 840 yards and seven touchdowns, Jaylon Hutchings has rushed for 544 yards and four touchdowns, and OSU-commit Brendan Vaughn has received for 332 yards and three touchdowns.
