Forney ISD AFJROTC cadet wins double awards
FORNEY, Texas (Forney ISD) – Forney ISD Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) Cadet Rachel Barnes was recently recognized for her accomplishments at the Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW) Luncheon for outstanding achievement at summer camps this year. Cadet Barnes was a double winner at the leadership camps she attended in June of this year. It was the first time a cadet had won two awards from the MOWW.
